Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging or a secure mailing polybag.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
